§ 1. General Provisions

§ 2. Scope and Purpose of Personal Data Processing
- Purposes of Data Processing
Personal data of Users, Clients, and Participants of trainings, courses, or online events are processed for the following purposes:
- performance of a contract and provision of educational, training, and informational services by electronic means (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR),
- accounting and tax settlements (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR),
- organizational, administrative, and technical operation of the service (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR),
- marketing of the Controller’s own products and services – solely based on given consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR),
- establishing, pursuing, or defending claims (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Scope of Data
The Controller may process, in particular:
- full name,
- email address,
- phone number,
- billing details (company name, Tax ID, address),
- data necessary for the provision of educational services.
- Obligation to Provide Data
Providing personal data is voluntary, however it is necessary for concluding a contract and using the Controller’s services. Failure to provide data may prevent the provision of services.
§ 3. Recipients of Personal Data
- entities providing IT, hosting, mailing, accounting, and payment services,
- electronic payment operators,
- entities cooperating with the Controller in organizing trainings and events,
- public authorities – only to the extent required by law.
§ 4. Data Retention Period
- for the duration of the contract and after its termination – for the period required by law,
- for accounting and tax purposes – for the period of limitation of tax liabilities,
- for marketing purposes – until consent is withdrawn,
- for the purpose of pursuing claims – until the limitation period expires.
§ 5. Rights of Data Subjects
- the right to access personal data,
- the right to rectify data,
- the right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”),
- the right to restrict processing,
- the right to data portability,
- the right to withdraw consent at any time,
- the right to object to data processing,
- the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
