The training is intended for dentists, oral surgeons, periodontists, as well as clinicians interested in surgical techniques involving frenula and interdisciplinary collaboration with speech therapists, physiotherapists, and orofacial myofunctional therapists.

TRAINING OBJECTIVE:
The goal is to provide comprehensive know-how in clinical myofrenuloplasty performed under general anesthesia in pediatric patients.
The participant accompanies the operator throughout a full clinical day, gaining a unique opportunity to:

Observation of the full treatment pathway – from the initial consultation with the parent to the delivery of postoperative instructions,

Asking questions and discussing cases in real time,

Analysis of the surgical technique with full commentary and access to documentation.

- Review of planned cases, including photographic and medical documentation,
- Analysis of indications for procedures, patient history, and planned surgical techniques,
- Discussion of individual questions and clinical challenges brought by the participant.

- Step-by-step observation of clinical workflow:
– initial consultations with parents,
– patient preparation for the procedure,
– myofrenuloplasty procedures under general anesthesia (multiple patients),
– delivery of postoperative instructions. - Opportunity to discuss procedures in real time and ask questions throughout the day.
Wrap-up session
- Review of performed procedures,
- Analysis of successes and technical challenges,
- Psychological aspects and communication with parents,
- Guidance on implementing the procedure in your own practice.
