Terms & Conditions of the Online Store
1. General Provisions
- These Terms & Conditions define the rules for using the online store operated by LASER DENTAL EDUCATION KRZYSZTOF DESZCZYŃSKI, in particular the rules for purchasing tickets for in-person training sessions, participating in webinars, accessing digital products (including VOD recordings), and the provision of electronic services.
- These Terms & Conditions have been prepared in accordance with applicable laws, in particular: the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services, the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights, and the Civil Code.
- These Terms & Conditions are made available free of charge on the Store’s website in a manner that allows them to be obtained, reproduced, and stored.
- Placing an order in the Store constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
- To the extent permitted by law, provisions concerning Consumers do not apply to Customers acting as businesses (B2B).

3. Definitions
- Store – the website through which the Seller offers Products.
- Customer – a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit placing an order.
- Consumer – a natural person making a purchase not directly related to their business activity.
- Business Customer (B2B) – a Customer making a purchase in connection with their business activity.
- Product – a ticket for in-person training, access to a webinar, a digital product, or another service offered in the Store.
- Digital Content – materials provided in digital form, including VOD recordings.
4. Orders and Conclusion of Contract
- Orders are placed via the order form available in the Store.
- The sales contract is concluded upon payment confirmation and order confirmation by the Store system.
- The Seller processes orders in an automated manner.
5. Delivery of Products
A. In-Person Training
- Confirmation of participation in in-person training is sent electronically after payment has been received.
- Training sessions take place at a location specified by the Organizer.
- Detailed information about the training location will be provided by email no later than 14 days before the training date.
- The Organizer reserves the right to change the training location due to circumstances beyond its control, including technical, organizational, unforeseen, or force majeure events, provided that the Customer is informed by email as soon as possible.
- A change of location does not constitute grounds for withdrawal from the contract or a refund, provided that the new location is within the territory of the Republic of Poland and allows the training to be carried out in accordance with its program.
B. Webinars
- Access to the webinar will be provided electronically no later than on the day of the event.
C. Digital Products / VOD
- Access to Digital Content is granted automatically after payment has been received, no later than within 24 hours.
6. Payments
- Payments are processed via electronic payment providers, in particular Przelewy24.
- The Seller does not store payment card details.
7. Complaints
- Complaints should be submitted electronically to: kontakt@lde.edu.pl.
- Complaints are processed within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
8. Right of Withdrawal
- In the case of contracts concerning services related to events held on a specified date, the right of withdrawal does not apply (Article 38(12) of the Consumer Rights Act).
- In the case of digital content delivered immediately after purchase, the Consumer loses the right of withdrawal once performance has begun, provided that the Consumer has given consent and has been informed of this loss (Article 38(13) of the Consumer Rights Act).
- Provisions regarding the right of withdrawal do not apply to Customers acting as businesses (B2B).
9. Personal Data Protection
- The Seller is the controller of personal data.
- Detailed information regarding the processing of personal data can be found in the Privacy Policy available on the Store’s website.
10. Final Provisions
- Contracts concluded via the Store are governed by Polish law.
- In matters not regulated herein, applicable legal provisions shall apply.
- These Terms & Conditions are effective as of the date of publication on the Store’s website.
